The Red Balloon Bookshop wanted to connect with a younger, more digital audience while staying true to its community-focused roots—but their online presence needed a refresh.

The goal was to bring their charm and personality to life online through #BookTok and #Bookstagram. That meant launching their TikTok from scratch, boosting engagement on Instagram and Facebook with weekly live storytimes, and teaming up with local authors for content that felt authentic and personal. On top of that, the monthly newsletter and website were revamped and regularly updated to keep things current and consistent.
